The apartment was fantastic: clean, warm...and it had a full kitchen...I've stayed in places before with just a kettle and a microwave, but this apartment has a proper kitchen with an oven and four plate hob. I cooked a full Sunday roast..there is a Smart TV in the lounge. The bedroom is cosy. The shower is powerful and hot. And if you run out of wine, or milk, there is a co-op on the ground floor. Brilliant 👏

Everything was awesome. The Co Op being downstairs was a great option and it's so easy to walk to the beach and also walk to the train station. The location is perfect. The flat too was really great. It was clean and easy to feel at home

"Request for Compensation and Proper Maintenance*.II"

。The location is good 。There has Co-op downstairs 。 The appartrent is clean & tidy

We stayed at this property as a family of four from 3rd to 6th September. Unfortunately, the shower never provided stable hot water during our stay. On the first night, we contacted the host’s representative Polly, followed her instructions setting the shower at "ECO"mode with 7 degree hot precisely, but it still only gave cold and unstable water. After a several tried, Polly said she couldn’t help further and told us to contact the owner, Gila, through Booking.com. We messaged Gila and asked for a solution, even offering to discuss by phone, but she only replied through Booking.com and said a plumber could come after our checkout date(7th September) , that was totally meaningless to us. Throughout our stay, Gila just told us to try without providing further solution. We acted responsibly as tenants by promptly reporting the issue, hoping for a proper resolution. However, two weeks have passed since our stay and the owner has not provided any response or compensation, simply asking us to leave a review. We couldn’t have proper showers, and we noticed other guests have reported the same problem before, but it seems the owner hasn’t resolved Therefore, I am posting our experience here, hoping the owner will take it seriously and consider the following: 1. **Compensation**: Provide compensation for our family, as we were unable to have a reasonable (at least 10 minutes), adequate, and stable hot shower during our four-night stay.(Please contact me through Whatsapp from Polly or email from Booking.com or send message through Booking.com) 2. **Proper Maintenance**: Fully repair or replace the shower facilities to ensure future guests have access to reasonable, sufficient, and stable hot water for showers. I sincerely hope the owner will pick up the responsibly, address these issues promptly and prevent future guests from experiencing similar inconvenience.
