Cute property, excellent location

There are many house rules, some of which I felt should be shared in the advertisement rather than communicated after the non-refundable booking has gone through, f/e rules around pets (the ad says for pets but then it turns out you have to ask for permission) and that the expectation is that you clean the property before you leave
