"Sehr schöne und zentral gelegene Wohnung"

Die Wohnung liegt optimal. Man kann von dort fußläufig alles erreichen. Bus- und Tramstationen liegen max. 4 Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet.

Wir haben uns mit den Sesseln und der kleinen Couch arrangieren können, da wir zu zweit waren aber für mehr Personen wäre es bequemer, eine zweite Couch zu haben.

The location was excellent for our planned visit to the Usher Hall, which was our priority. We also found it convenient for visiting other attractions in Edinburgh, such as the National Art Gallery and the Museum of Scottish History. When I discovered that I'd left my phone and our travel documents in the flat when we departed, the help desk was quick to reset the door code so I could reenter and retrieve them.

The lack of instructions for any of the appliances in the property.

"Spoilt by the inflexibility, insincerely & lack of emphatical of staff"

Well equipped with appliances for easy cooking & washing of clothes. Comfortable to sleep & rest. Apartment is clean & pleasant.

Got to climb up & down to toilet & bedroom. Staff are inflexible- put rules above needs of customer; does not allow storage of luggages. Also they don’t know the check-out time as instructions on Booking website & in apartment differs from Checkout instructions; staff need to check to confirm.

Stairs. We knew it was an apartment and expected some stairs but there were a lot of stairs inside the apartment.
