The whole lot very lovely place

The property was everything we needed, a parking space on the drive, all the amenities that were needed, good bathroom facilities. A lovely space all round

We had a lovely stay. The property is beautiful, very well presented, and the sea view in the morning was absolutely stunning. It made for a peaceful and relaxing break.

However, the checkout process was frankly quite disappointing. Although the listed checkout time was 10:00 AM, the cleaner arrived at 9:20 AM and knocked on the door, asking to come in. My partner had left earlier that morning, and I had gone back to sleep — I didn’t see the message from the host asking if we had checked out, which is why I hadn’t responded. But as we were still well within the stated time, the unannounced intrusion felt entirely unnecessary and frankly, rather presumptuous. Given there is a full six hour window between checkout at 10:00 AM and the next check-in at 4:00 PM, it’s difficult to understand the rush, particularly as this is just a studio flat. Being made to feel hurried out of the property before the official checkout time left a sour taste and somewhat undermines what the listing otherwise presents as a premium experience. A more respectful approach to timing and a better organised cleaning schedule would go a long way in maintaining the standard guests are led to expect

The decor was tasteful and modern. The bed and bedding was very comfort. I liked the colours used in the room and all the appliances matched. The room was very clean. It was handy for the bus service with a stop just outside the property. The free parking was a bonus.

The plug in the sink in the bathroom was a bit smelly. Could have done with more coat hangers.

Nice and spacious, pretty much had everything you needed. The hosts are great at communicating and happy to help with anything! Perfect location for travelling into the city as the bust stop is right outside and you’re in the centre within 20 minutes! Ideal stay especially if you want to be in Brighton but just outside the centre.

the facilities looked fairly new and the bed was comfortable. The fan was a relief, being the only way to cool down on a VERY hot day The kitchen is nicely furnished and clean. The shower cubicle is clean with a large shower head. Recommend to stand outside the cubicle while the warm water comes through

as the windows didn't open at all it feels rather claustrophobic and very stuffy on a hot day. it took a long time for the room to get to a comfortable level for sleeping soundly. the fan was quite noisy and you need to stand close to get any benefit.

The location was perfect, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom and apartment were very clean. It had everything you needed for a perfect stay, including very convenient parking.

The only negative for me personally was there’s no microwave. There is an oven and a hob, and I know a lot of people eat out when staying away, but when it’s for work and you’re on your own, sometimes it’s nice to just have something warm to eat that’s quick to make and be in comfort.

Perfectly equipped, self contained unit. Light and airy space with view of the sea. Very comfortable bed and lots lovely hot water. .

One tiny almost irrelevant observation - Heavy front door, would have liked a door stop to keep open whilst unloading car as kept blowing shut which was a bit annoying.
