Location was great as you are a few minutes walk into the city centre. Key code entry was easy to use. House was set out ok. Bedding and towels were clean

A bigger fridge is needed (we were 8 people) Not enough glasses for drinks of same kind. House would benefit from a bigger shower/bathroom. One toilet isn't enough for 8 guests! Spiders & cobwebs in every room ( needs a deep clean!) Plates in the kitchen were dirty, glad we had taken paper plates to use! Outside bin would benefit from being emptied more as we couldn't fit our rubbish in it. We had a problem with the bathroom tap, someone came out to fix it but by the end of the day it was still extremely hot and we were unable to use it so we were using the tap on the bath! Shower is very small. Bins are needed in each bedroom. There was only 1 bin & that was in the bathroom.

The property is in need of refurbishment. Lino in the kitchen was ripped. Couldn’t regulate the water on the Bathroom sink (very hot) which was unsafe when we had young children, also the sink plug got stuck when pressed down and very difficult to get it out. Attic window very inaccessible, we had to stand on a chair to close the window and blind. Carpets were stained in the bedrooms and we couldn’t find the dial for the central heating (instructions were incorrect). The property is not in a nice area. We really didn’t think it was worth the cost of the stay.

Great central location with parking (paid) options near by. easy access to the property, which was clean and comfortable.

Only one loo/bathroom for potentially 9 people. Kitchen tap leaked, bathroom tap only ran hot (not great when brushing teeth!), and we couldn’t find the ice maker.

Comfortable and clean and close to amenities

There was only 6 prosecco glasses but 7 of us stayed .

Location was a perfect base for Chester !

The property was very cold when we arrived took a while to warm up. Would have been a better arrival had the cleaning team turned the heating on prior to arrival .
