Really great place , handy to shops, eating places.

Lovely spacious apartment ideally located for attending a gig at the Cliffs Pavilion. The apartment was very modern and clean, the welcome hamper and milk in the fridge was much appreciated. It is in a very quiet neighbourhood but there are shops and places to eat close by. Communication from the owner was great, and we were able to park right in front of the apartment, and pay by app. If I return to Southend I would definitely choose to stay here again

This is a warm, spacious, clean, two bed, separate large lounged apartment , up stairs. One of the bedrooms has the sit out balcony. Everything was spotless. The kitchen is very well equipped with milk in the fridge , tea and coffee , nibbles and wine. Fantastic. Instructions to access the property was given on the date of arrival and was simple, with no problems. Towels, tea towels and bedding all clean and provided. The flat is quiet at night. The property is in Westcliff near to eateries , shops and railway station, not far from the sea too. Parking was a little tight and spaces few, but on both occasions we did manage to park near.

The road and parking are tight. However, you can pay on the high street and Sunday is free, though this can change so needs checking for your visit. Stairs would put off the infirm. This place is not for wheelchair users A minor critique would be that the bed in the room with a balcony is creeky and noisy when turning over.

We loved the location being a short walk to the theatre, the apartment was lovely and clean and well equipped. Amazing commumication from the host and super helpful. We will definitely be back on our next trip to the theatre!

Absolutely fantastic location events at "The Cliffs". Spacious modern apartment, fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Informative information from the host quick communication. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch and perfect for our birthday celebrations along with the milk in the fridge tea and coffee. Honestly couldn't of asked for anything more from the property or host. Parking bays available outside the property or nearby carpark. Distant view of the sea from the bedroom balcony. Lots of nearby places to eat and drink. We will definitely be back .
