"Would put rats in there, we ended leaving within the first 10 mins"

We couldn’t get into the apartment as it was occupied by short lease residence and the property looks like the Gaza Strip and nothing like the pictures. The security and safety of the area is very questionable. Essentially we did not stay in the building

There was nothing to like about this property. False advertising on booking.com and the host were rude and incompetent and only there for a money grab

"Adequate, but needs some attention."

The location was great. There was a good place to park. Public transport was easy to access. There was a good full sized fridge and freezer and a washing machine which was helpful.

There were only 3 chairs in the dining room. There were only 2 coffee mugs. The microwave was very very rusty and unsafe to use. The glass for the oven door was not attached to the oven, so we couldn't use the oven. These things would be easy to fix. The kitchen was cramped. If a couple of shelves were added above the microwave, the kitchen would be more useable. All of these issues could be resolved quite easily and make it a great place to stay.

Next to bus stop, makes taking the U1 to West Drayton really easy Shops nearby make it easy to buy food

- No kitchen towels - Bed was hard - Drying rack was missing a leg/ broken - Floor was dirty (we walked around barefoot for a few minutes and our feet turned dark) - Spiders in the sink
