Brilliant location for our family wedding

Loved everything about it!

Thank you for our visit. It was nice to have a lot of extras like biscuits, sweets, milk sachets, jams, kitchen cleaning products, hand soap. The retro gaming console was fun. The sofas were comfy. We had a nice night in watching Eurovision. The beds were comfy. Bedding was soft. The property was clean. The staff responded to messages and were friendly and helpful. Bath is nice but narrow (if you are a larger bodied person). In the communal entrance is some books and games which is a nice extra bonus.

The location is in a timber company's car park and next to a dance studio. Just to bare in mind. It's all gravel outside in the car park so if you are a light sleep like I am I was woken up by some footsteps and cars outside in the gravel. Minimal road noise with windows open. The main negative is the creaky floorboards upstairs and the thin walls where we could hear conversations with the flats above. There were families staying and could hear the children etc. Just to bear in mind if booking.

Good size ,clean and warm with good parking facilities under camera

Perfect for a family, had everything we needed and more to settle us in. Board games, books and a gaming console made sure the children were entertained. Clean and tidy with modern decor. Really enjoyed our stay. Close enough to a high street and shops but far enough away that you aren't near the traffic.

Nice little cottage with everything you could need. Tv has Netflix which was a hit with my son. Close to the high street and amenities. Mark was on hand if we needed anything which we certainly didn't. The cottage had dishwasher tablets tea and coffee etc which was a pleasant surprise as well as cleaning sprays and washing up liquid. We can't wait to return next year.

Everything was clean & tidy, really comfortable. Easy to find & clear instructions were given prior to our arrival. Will happily stay here again in the future!
