"Great location but the flat needs some investment."

Good location.

It felt like student accommodation. The beds were very uncomfortable. The shower hardly worked. The area was very noisy throughout the whole night.

Excellent location, near ocean walks, interesting stores, cafes, and historical buildings. Everything was within walkable distance. Property itself was comfortable.

Took a bit of searching to find it. Instructions should clarify going through gated arch to courtyard and looking on second storey.

La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, è abbastanza pulita e fornita di tutto. La posizione è centrale e vicina a tutti i servizi, del resto il prezzo non è economico

Location was great! Appartement is very picturesque.

The kitchen bar/breakfast table was not very clean (sticky wooden surface). No tea towels/sponge provided. Double bed is rather small.
