"Nice apartment but had some issues"

Nice apartment not far from centre only about 10-15min walk. Spacious, nicely equipped. Good wifi.

When we arrived hot water and heating were not working and we had to call the owner to helps us solve the situation. Freezer was not possible to use as is all frozen. Jacuzzi was bit dirty with some sand particles as well as one of the pillows had some red spot on it. Request about recycling would be fulfilled if bins were inside the house as i cant imagine that every time i wanna theow something i have to go out and with glass recycling i would appriciate if guests could leave the glass in house not having to go to nearest recyclatiom point (10 min walk).

Everything within the apartment was amazing

There wasn't enough towels or there could have been housecoats, apart from that it was amazing
