Really clean Van Dog friendly and in an ideal location, Couldn't fault anything will definitely stay again

The location of the caravan was good as it was right next to the beach and the front row of shops along Fantasy Island.

Horrible smell when we first walked in coming from the bathroom. Fly nets/traps were disgusting and one in the kitchen was flapping up and down. Pull out sofa had a dead moth on it and a big yellow stain and didn’t even have a duvet to go with the bed, which we wouldn’t have used anyway due to the stains. When sat in the corner of the living room, we could smell dry urine as though it had not been cleaned thoroughly enough. The balcony was very unstable and anytime we walked out onto it, it would start shaking. We had to borrow pans from a friends relatives because the utensils provided by McNevans were awful. When we contacted the caravan owner they assured us that everything was only a couple of weeks old yet the pan had loads of rust and burn marks on it which clearly shows that they lied. Not only that, there was mould on the pan handles! There is no way they were 2/3 months old let alone weeks old!! The radiators in the photos are not like the radiators in the caravan. They had not been cleaned at all for at least 6 months and we couldn’t even plug the one in the kitchen in without unplugging the fridge. The photos are false advertisement and I think this caravan should be updated before being rented out to more people. The curtains do not look the same as the photo as they have dropped and they have mould all around the window frames

Close enough to everything you need

Close to fantasy Island and the beach, it was everything we needed for a couple of nights stay.

Just needs a little TLC, light gone in one of the bedrooms, only two duvets when it states a 6 berth, lucky it was hot i just used the bed sheet I took, shower head clip broken so we all had to hold the shower head to have a shower. Just silly stuff like that, it didn't effect our stay, we found it funny, just needs some TLC.

Stayed in this van before and the owners are always friendly and helpful. Van is always clean and comfy and it is in the perfect location as it close to all entertainment and the beach!
