The host was really helpful and very quick to respond to any queries we had. Location is so central and feels very safe and secure. I like it that much that this is my 2nd stay here!

The bed was so uncomfortable and gave me a bad back after the 1 night. I'm just not used to a really hard mattress, that's all. Personal preference. Could also do with some bins in the bathrooms for the ladies.

Very central location, easy access to everything you could ever need, with the museum right across the road. Key handovers were quick and easy. We were only there for one night, but had a great stay and recommend it to everyone.
