"for one night"

quiet location, spacious rooms, good beds

The photos show a beautiful clean apartment, but the reality is completely different. It is an older house, not very clean, very poorly furnished. There is very poorly equipped kitchen with old chairs, that you are afraid to sit on. In the living room are two old couches, older bathroom, ...

"Enjoyed my stay but definitely was overpriced"

Its very clean. I like that it had a well equipped kitchen.

The pillows were not comfortable. The chairs in the kitchen were falling apart. The closets in the bedroom were falling apart. There are apartments in middle of city centre or Edinburgh less expensive than this one. I loved the place. But it was overpriced in my opinion.

"Plenty of space, all amenities great, quiet location and good parking."

Nice and clean. Good size rooms. Great kitchen with everything you could need. Lovely quiet location. Easy parking and great contact.

There was nothing to dislike but a mirror would have been handy.

"Horrible experience"

I wouldn't recommend anyone to use Premier properties. Had a very bad experience. Their customer service is horrendous. we got to the property around 9pm, we were told the property wasn't ready. We were then told we had to move to another property which was a 8min drive. When we got there the toilet had water on the floor. The toilet was leaking everytime you flush it, we couldn't use the cooker because the electricity kept tripping. The next day we were sent back to the property we were initially suppose to stay. The property was okay. Payed £250 deposit fee on the 23.06.23 before checking in, was told it would be transferred back when we check out on the 25.06.23 upto now I have not got it back. Called the property several times and started ignoring my calls. I would go on hold for over 30min each time I called. I am in contact with booking.com at the moment who are trying to help get my £250 back.

"rubbish service and beds need changing so uncomfortable"

good quiet area

no double beds, only 4 single beds and the mattresses need changing, so so hard and very old with the springs gone altogether call to staff was a nightmare just so unhelpful never stay there again avoid like the plague
