The TV in the living room, had to be constantly reset. And If you have the washer and cooker on at the same time it trip's the breaker.

"perfect location & we had perfect weather"

Perfect location,quiet but still close to all amenities and especially close to Lancaster where we were leaving our daughter to university of Cumbria

Only thing that I can say it was short of forks & teaspoons
