Cosy relaxing 4 bed Home with 2 parking Space

We had to clean around the kitchen and wash crockery n cutlery before we could use it. No tea towel / towel or cloths. Lots of cleaning products. There were lots of leftover condiments n tea n coffee - random, but we didn't want to use those due to the state of them. You couldn't open the curtains in any room, and they didn't cover or close properly. Net curtains if you looked under the curtains were filthy. The shower curtain was so Filthy that none of us had a shower or bath. Meant to include toiletries - I wasn't expecting open bottles of odd things - mouthwash - why would anyone use an open mouthwash. Then, on checkout day (11a.m.) he was waiting in his car parked over the driveway before 10.30 as I was loading bags into the car. Then when I went in to get somemore bags - I shut the door and he knocked on it at 10.35 !!! Not only was one of us getting dressed in the downstairs bedroom but it felt SO intimidating and I thought was disrespectful as it wasn't arranged. I will add it was 6 minutes to 11 when we left the driveway.

Channa was very accommodating and friendly. He was very considerate and very helpful. I was traveling with my parents and his availability to answer any queries was great. The house was cosy and lived up to its name, hot water was amazing and the shower was perfect(hot water and good power). it was lovely to arrive into cosy accommodation after traveling.

The bed clothes and towels could have been a little fresher. They just needed a freshen up, we still used them.

Hot water stopped working and was not repaired quickly. Needed maintenance prior to our stay.

Loads of space, kitchen with supplies, and very accommodating staff who weren't out of their way to help me. It is really good value for money.
