"Csalódás volt, mert bár jó helyen, elég nagy mértékű apartman, de koszos, és igénytelen volt!"

Elég nagy volt, így 4-n jól elfértünk + a 2 fürdő is jól jött.

- A wi-fi (bár “1 GB broadband” néven futott) csak a nappaliban volt elérhető, és ott is csak 1-2 MB/s “sebességgel” - a kisebbik fürdőben az előző borotválkozásból maradt szőr volt mindenütt, nem volt kitakarítva! - az egyik hálóban KOSZOS VOLT AZ LEPEDŐ!!! Mikor ezeket jeleztük írásban, még csak választ sem kaptunk, nemhogy megoldást!!! - nincs polc, szekrény (csak akasztós), amibe ki lehetne pakolni. - konyhában nincs konyha ruha, se papírtörlő Összességében: elégtelen volt!

Stanovanje ima vse kar potrebuješ za bivanje. Izredno veliko, z dvema kopalnicama. V bližini avtobusna postaja, tako da je tudi brez avta dobro dostopno.

Die Organisation des Frühstücks war gut und das Frühstück auch. Die Lage am Meer mit der Möglichkeit am Wasser entlang gute Restaurants zu erreichen war sehr schön. Es war sehr ruhig.

Die Ausstattung war für eine Ferienwohnung sehr dürftig. Das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht ab, in der Badewanne konnte man nicht duschen. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer hat schon Generationen gesehen.

"Good flat, with scope for improvement."

Clean flat and affordable. Communication with owner or manager is via a email with a variable lag period. Heating works well. Large TV in lounge works well and has prime too. Very nice foot path for walk along the water front. Good staff in breakfast area.

1) Communication line with owner is weak. Initial response was, to use text to a mobile number or write a email and wait. If you are not finding the flat itself in the biilding with 4 elder people, that is difficult. Particularly if replies take hours to come by. The flat itself doesn't have a number plate on the door unlike all other flats. 2) Could not get the main electric hob to work on a late night. It is not powering up. A small set of instructions for white goods can be useful. 3) Two small to medium towels per bath room plus floor towel is not sufficient for a three day booking 4) Wall paper peeling off in main bathroom exposing plaster board, even in shower area. 5) Bedside cabinet lower drawer falling apart. 6) No instructions for disposal of general waste. 7) We found a large stock of salt and pepper sachets in kitchen drawer but only 4 coffee and tea bags. 8) Can't see water front from any angle from this flat... but waterline depicted in the images of the flat in the advert. That tipped the decision heavily in favour of this flat.

Super large flat overlooking the docks, and a bird’s eye view of the Royal Yacht Britannia in the distance. We had a major issue on arrival (no cleaning had been undertaken after previous guests had left and the place was in a state). We couldn’t unpack. However, the team were very apologetic and organised for us to use another flat for showering etc until our flat had been cleaned. No issues after that. Having a light breakfast daily in the local cafe as part of the booking was so convenient and welcome, as no other cafes immediately nearby. A 20 min walk into main Leith area for restaurants etc. There is a large Asda under 10 mins walk, as well as a Brewers Fayre if needed.

Some areas in the flat could do with a little TLC (curtains off rail , stains on surfaces and peeling paint) but nothing major.
