Very lovely flat, nice design, and is clean, and comfy. Situated in the center of Warrington. Close to the train station too.

Comfortable modern apartment, good, well equipped kitchen. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice and clean. Well decorated throughout the building.

Not on the busiest of roads but the windows are single glazed so was a bit noisy.....take ear plugs if ur a light sleeper

Clear instructions of how to gain access to the property, and contact details for the owners. We were provided with an online guide to the apartment - e.g. how to operate appliances. This bijou apartment still had all facilities packed in! e.g. portable hob, microwave, kitchen equipment. It was beautifully decorated with lots of comfort touches, e.g artwork, plants, luxurious cushions. On request, owner kindly cleared property of airfresheners etc beforehand due to asthma.

It would have been nice to have paper copies in the apartment of the guide. It would also be helpful to face a local facilities guide, e.g. to where shops, train station, town centre, buses, emergency Dr are. The apartment was very hot as it was late spring and the heating kept coming on despite us turning down the thermostat. - maybe allow more access to heating controls. Owner had not passed on to cleaner that we had a later check out time.

An excellent quality apartment in a handy location. I can't fault the fit out of the apartment: everything was of good quality and in good repair. Best apartment I've rented in Warrington by far (and I've stayed in quite a few). A refreshing change from the cheaply-renovated and poorly-equipped norm. Highly recommended.

My apartment was on the second floor and accessible only by stairs. Not a problem really but if you've got a lot of luggage or aren't that mobile, be sure to book one on a lower floor.

very modern and there was tea/coffee and cleaning products. Netflix was also on the TRV.

The apartment was spotless, well stocked, easy to get into and the staff were in constant contact and extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this apartment. So comfortable and safe. Loved having a washing machine. Even washing capsules were provided. Very thoughtful.

Nothing to dislike.
