Had to park in a different street as all parking spaces were took up

Good location, parking was good. Excellent communication from host, heating was Wonderfull.

Very poor build quality, bath panel was hanging off, damp in properly, a very bad odour. Paint peeling off walls, skirting boards loose. Smashed plaster board, appears to have been punched.

The apartment was spacious. Simple and easy access. The kitchen was nice and modern.

Some areas of the apartment were not very clean (down the side of the toilet and the floor beside one of the couches). There were no drawers for storing clothes, only hang rails, which wasn't ideal for us as we had baby clothes. The bed in the main bedroom was very creaky, the radiator in the bedroom did not work, the shower was quite poor and not powerful at all.

Nothing, the property was not Family Friendly, no adequate lighting to access building, uneven ground which caused me to fall over, stood in dog mess outside of emergency exit, had to use this door to get in and out of property to bring belongings inside due to me falling over with the uneven paving. Cellar door does not lock, not safe around small children very dangerous. Turned shower on and there was water running out of the main unit, this is very dangerous and needs to be looked at ASAP. On arrival beds were not made, kitchen Bin was full so no one had been in to clean. There was blood on one of the duvets this was not acceptable and could cause someone some serious health implications as you never know what infections/ diseases people might have. No amenities to sweep floors etc, had to leave a key for the cleaner as opposed to them having a key. No sharp knives or scissors as advertised in the photographs.i have photographs of the property when we arrived which show how everything was when we arrived these are time stamped. Radiator in main bedroom does not work, the patio doors in the bedroom had tissues stuffed where the key bolt would have been, very unsafe as someone could break in. Damp in the living room on the walls. I am also covered in flee bites/ Bug bites after leaving the property after being told that no animals are allowed in the property. Overall, the pictures were very misleading and definitely didn’t have a good experience with this company/ apartment
