The property was ok. It had a fridge freezer which was a bonus. Parking at front door

Things need fixing which the host was going to organise.i think a new bed would be a good start.

7 mins drive/30 mins walk from Stadium of Light. Free easy parking outside. Shower good. Clean except the oven and bedroom window which had something grim looking chucked at the outside.

Oven oily which made room smell when used. Tea towel provided smelled funky - we went out and bought kitchen roll to rewash things we used. Mattresses lumpy and bedding quality. Wardrobe very broken. Back garden had junk/rubbish.

The pillow and case full of disgusting stains and the dirty The apartment smelled of smoke especially the bedroom despite having the window open. The linen on the beds was clearly not laundered. The tv didn't work. The bathroom had a thick dirty cobweb on the ceiling full of dust (photo attached also) Generally the place felt mucky...the microwave is foul (we obviously never used it) Honestly, I have never stayed anywhere quite as depressing. Two towels for 3 adults Considering it was over £200 for one night and a charge of £30 for 'cleaning' so disappointing

It was convenient for our requirements

Big long black hairs on the floor..shower needs refreshing (didn’t use because of how it looked)….kettle but no coffee, hardly any plug sockets, no lamps so big stark lighting, corkscrew but no wine glasses (!) taps on wrong way round in the bathroom basin, wardrobe but no hangers(?) just very, very basic..the area looks rough..broken glass on top of the dividing wall..wouldn’t want to stay any longer than one night
