Crib surfer cancelled our booking on the day we were travelling to the accommodation and we had to find somewhere else to stay. There was no communication with the company available. We were left hanging. Very disappointed and would not use this company again .

We didn’t get to the property they cancelled just before we were due to checkin

The fact they can cancel the booking just before we checked in. Even though they also changed our apartment at short notice too
