"Good apartment, great views, needs damp sorting in one bedroom"

Cosy, good views, nicely furnished and decorated, good location. Helpful host when things went wrong.

Heating and hot water was off for a few hours when we arrived. Mould and damp in one bedroom around the window. Quite a strong smell. Youngest child has had a bad chest since. Might just be personal preference but both of us struggled with how firm the mattresses were and woke up with pins and needles.

Location and facilities in the apartment great, nothing extra needed. Will definitely stay again. Bonus that wi-fi was available for our 10 year old son as it stated no Internet in the property description.

"ok but it wasn’t ready for guests"

the view and location

bundle of used towels on the bathroom floor, 2nd bedroom not made up, dirty linen in black bin bag on kitchen floor, shower not been cleaned, central heating went off (managed to fill system to get it back on)
