"Great find and exactly what we needed for our City break stay"

Fantastic find , so close to City, very clean and fitted exactly what we wanted for a city break . Well equipped.

Light outside bedroom window not ideal Second bedroom would benefit from a mirror.

Location, cleanliness, ability to contact staff even on a bank holiday

A bit small for 4 adults and 2 children. Nowhere to hang your coat! Very complicated access instructions - 3 different PIN numbers to memorize!

"Felt comfortable enough to stay longer"

The place was meticulously cleaned, and well presented. Free parking along with free wifi, bathroom amenities provided along with towels. Everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Place is secure, with pin pad entrances to the property and, to the unit. Beds were comfortable, as well as pillows well supported. Kitchen/living room /dining room was compact, but enough space for four adults.

The fact that the property was not well lit made it seem a bit ominous. While free parking is allocated for the unit the lack of lighting made it a bit tricky to find. Bedroom Windows are very low to the ground, so opening them didn't feel safe especially at night when the room got too hot. No cooling system or fan to ward off heat. TV in one bedroom, the other had none. Not enough wardrobe space in one of the smaller bedrooms. Check out time was too early 10am.

"Chester mini break"

Lovely modern apartment spacious and bright

We arrived on foot and the directions on Google maps took us to the wrong place ... this was resolved when we contacted them for help but it would have been handy to know you had to walk through a carpark and underpass to find the address

"Great stay"

It is very central and it is good location. Private gated parking is a bonus.

I think check in couldn’t have been a little more straight forward as there were two number 3 bays for parking so just clarity on that would be ideal. Other than that everything was lovely
