Everything. It was filthy. Moldy pots, smelled of cigarettes to the point I was coughing, damp. The pictures are clearly taken when it was new. It does not look like this now. The staff were not interested in helping. When I got there I couldn't get in because the door didn't appear to work properly. Called them and they helped but with an attitude. The best bit? There was also issues with the boiler. I did not stay in the end cause I couldnt cope with the list of growing things. I left the night of arrival and sought alternative accomodation. They will not refund me because I didn't give them time to solve the issues. If I went to a hotel and it smelt like that. I'd be asking for a new room. I do not think I was being unfair. I'd have not reviewed it badly if they refunded me. £300 in their pockets for nothing but incompetence. Avoid this property like the plague.

Perfect location from Newcastle City centre, easy access to local busses. The rooms were neat and tidy. Overall worth every penny you spent.

The location is good for going into Newcastle and is in walking distance.

The gutter outside is leaking which has cause a lot of damp in the corner of the room, this has cause the bedding to go moldy. Which shows how often it is cleaned or replaced. The wall in the same bedroom had a stain that I can only suggest was "man fat" from a previous overly happy tenant who must have found his own "damp patch".
