holiday apartment

The location was good, central to what we needed and opposite the beach. Perfect size for our requirements. Very comfortable and very clean.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Clean and good location. Also designated parking and allows pets/dog. It was great for our dog. We could walk straight onto the promenade and beach. Asda nearby.

Details stated that TV had Netflix but this did not work as settings said not connected to the internet and we tried to connect TV to Wi-Fi but unable to. Didn’t affect us as we were not in much but should be fixed or removed from the details. Remember to bring your own shower gel & shampoo (& hair dryer if needed).

The location is superb, particularly for families. Park and beach just across the road. Walkable to seaside town with cinema, arcades etc. A walk in the other direction takes you to a pretty harbour, bars, cafe, supermarket.

It was perhaps a little draughty but then we did have the most awful weather during our stay.

Good location near beach & promenade, nice decor.

Notices posted in a couple of places asking to wash, dry & put away all dishes & cutlery, take rubbish out to outdoor bins, all used towels to be placed in shower tray, heaters to be switched off ect. I’ve stayed in lots of different apartments & have never encountered this, I would do most of them anyway but felt it was unnecessary to post instructions. Also little more attention to dusting especially in sleeping areas, I have dust allergies (pic included).

the dog in the apartment upstairs was constantly barking and woke me up a few times and although we came with a dog luckily ours didn’t react - this isn’t fault of the owner tho. The bathroom door kept sticking and one of the sockets in the lounge - the plate is coming off the wall - easy fix to sort TV was temperamental, you had to tune it in every time you turned it on, luckily we were up visiting family so wasn’t really an issue for us. Windows can open fully - which would be a safety concern if small children stay, i appreciate it may be a fire exit tho.

The property had a lot of facilities. It had plenty of towels, toilet rolls and other necessities. It had a lovely view of the sea at an angle and the decoration was modern. It was close to ASDA and TESCO. It was about a 10-minute walking distance to the shops. A quiet location and a great relaxing time.

Nothing much. The local restaurants were lacking in substance but not price.
