"Lovely studio flat"

The property was at an amazing location in close proximity of shops. Lovely new bathroom and outdoor area

The fact that its actually not a 1 bedroom but a studio flat meaning they is no door dividing the lounge and the room. So if you have any couples travelling with other people I would definitely not recommend.

"Great flat near to town centre with all the facilities you need"

Very well laid out - comfortable sofa and bed, great kitchen and dining area. Bathroom a little small (I am a big guy) but good-sized shower. About 10 mins walk from the centre

The area is a bit run down but not really a problem

"Recent Bournemouth stay"

Plenty of space, nice bed, clean, good equipped kitchen.

Location amongst some very poor kept properties made it feel a bit ropey.

People made too much noise upstairs as I could hear every footstep as we were on the bottom floor. The carpet was dated and stained. The sofa bed needs replacing as old. No parking whatsoever or told about parking. I had to park at a different location in a hotel. The house was extremely hot as I couldn't figure out the heating system.
