The location and how modern the apartment was.

We couldnt get the heating to work. I text the host and did get a reply however it was late in the evening before we got the heating on.

Location, well stocked kitchen

Shower tray v.slow to empty, needed to turn water off during shower in case it over flowed. Shower door broken. Pull-out bed broken. Remote for t.v not working.

Amazing location, comfortable & spacious.

Unfortunately bathroom bin wants emptied before we arrive & items in from previous guests.

Pearl and Andy were great hosts. We were giving all the information before arrival including wifi codes, heating, door codes, restaurant recommendations . The apartment was great value for money and was clean with everything we needed. I would recommend staying at apartment 3 and Pearl and Andy were lovely hosts

We had booked the property for two elderly frail relatives,2 children and their mother. From arriving it was clear the property wasn’t as advertised. It was grubby, cups and cutlery had to be washed before use due to stains it seems from the previous tenants. There was foodstuff in the drawers and a bad odour in one of the bedrooms.The floorboards were loose which potentially in our opinion could lead to falls/accidents particularly with the elderly.The bathroom has mould in it.The main window in the apartment looks out onto a collection of large bins which was not clear in the pictures on booking.com. Indeed the owner text to say don’t open the blinds in the living room. We acknowledge that the owner believes the property was cleaned but this was not the case and provided photos to support that. The owner offered us a ground floor apartment but we did not need it, just one which in our opinion was clean, safe and as advertised in booking.com
