Luxury 2 bedroom city centre apartment with panoramic views and high ceilings

Clean, spacious, excellent host, good location, lovely apartment.

Heavy odour of spices in the lobby of the main entrance and a lot of stairs but didn't really bother us.

The property is in an excellent location with the many bars and restaurants of Union Street just a minute or two away. The property had all the facilities needed for a long or short term stay and was very easy to find. The beds and living areas were large and very comfortable and, even with a nightclub close by, we could barely hear any outside noice.

The property is on the 3rd floor and the stairs up are a killer, even if you're fairly fit. I would not recommend for elderly travellers or people with health conditions where stairs may be an issue. I did book this knowing this in advance and the standard of the property more than made up for it for me.

The flat was in an ideal location and multi storey car park was just round the corner. The flat exceeded my expectations, very tastefully decorated and high quality fittings. Sean the host kept in touch throughout my stay. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be back to stay. Thank you Sean

Access instructions from the host were detailed and easy to follow. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. The apartment is situated in an amazing old building and retains original period features throughout the rooms. Really quirky and lots of character. This made the stay special. The apartment was clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable. The heating was easy to control and surprisingly good for an old building with high ceilings.

Lots of flights of stairs but we knew this before booking. Worth the climb every day for the stunning city view

Tasteful decor and spotlessly clean. We had a family wedding at Marischall college so it was a great location just a 10min walk.

Great central location, spacious, very clean

The property is on the 3rd floor, so be mindful it’s up a lot of stairs (no lift). This didn’t bother us, but may not suit all travellers.
