Lovely Sunny 2 Bed Home Edinburgh Coast

Central location to the city, easy walk. Comfortable beds and hot shower

The keys to the building and door to apartment were copies and very difficult to use. Without the assistance of the neighbour from an adjacent apartment we would not have been able to access. Also more attention to detail required in both the cleaning and communication departments

The flat is cozy and well-maintained. It's conveniently located to a ton of public transportation, making it accessible to the sightseeing of the day and nightlife of the city, while far enough away from the crowds that I could feel the serenity of the nearby water and community on walks with my dog. I also liked that it's on the ground floor with an enclosed garden to enjoy. The neighborhood has a market just up the street and a handful of great cafes and restaurants in the area. Also, Giles was also a responsive and helpful property owner, despite the challenges of being away on deployment. I'd definitely book here again.

The mattress in my room was a little worn out.

Location good

Big stain on the carpet in the bedroom and the front windows were very dusty. I thought the terrace was overgrown so not suitable for sitting in

Clean and coasy

Very loud kids started screaming about half 6 every morning and running about, also door wouldn’t open and wasn’t informed or room number had to ask someone who lived there

The apartment was not clean enough and therefore gets a low rating.

Clear instructions where to find keys and where to leave them when we were leaving the property. The Host was great with communication and emails. The flat was clean with everything needed for a short stay, and local Asda 2 mins away if you need to stock up.

Mattress was very uncomfortable, and neightbours made a lot of noise at night time. The location is well out of town so expect to spend money on Taxi's to get around if you don't have a car.

Had to reset heating

Location was ideal and comfortable for our needs with a dog. Crisp sheets and cosy living room -, what's not to like. Bus service was easy. We would definitely stay again

The cleaners Giles had skimped a bit on the kitchen floor I think. Otherwise more instructions to get heating on before 8.45pm would be good, but as we said we would stay again without hesitation. Thank you
