Margate Mews 150m From Sea Front and half a mile from Dreamland

This property is in an excellent location. The private parking was incredibly convenient and made our stay for the Malle Beach Race seamless

the key collection process wasn't very straightforward. It would be helpful if the instructions were a bit clearer for future guests and the check out could be an hour later at least

Perfect for an overnight stay in Margate! Close to the town, clean property and the host was incredibly responsive. Would definetly come back to stay here next time I’m in Margate!

A very convenient place to stay for a short break in Margate within easy walking distance of the Turner art gallery and other attractions. The apartment was clean, tidy and well-equipped for self-catering. The private, gated parking space was also very handy.

As mentioned by other guests, the mattress is a very springy and overdue for replacement.

Location was great. The flat was really clean and I found very accessible to get to, others may find the lock box to be a bit of a weird place to go to, but I thought it was okay. Really appreciated having a coffee machine, condiments, shampoo & shower gel.

The mattress was the main downside for me. It was squeaky and you could feel every spring. The lock on the bathroom door didn't work. The flat was unlocked when we got there and there wasn't a chain to use on the door when locking yourself in. This made us feel a bit unsafe.

Location was great It had everything you needed in the property Easy to find key and flat It was clean and easy to use the tv and appliances

Noise from the traffic was main issue but on a main road Mirrors all very low and not near any plugs so couldn’t use hair tools and mirror at same time

The actual apartment was lovely,nice high ceiling,really spacious, nice decor,coffee etc supplied,just needs a few tweaks to make it worth over £200 a night i think,invest in good quality mattress,bedding and pillows

Picking up the key from a keysafe on an shut down club was a bit odd,couldn't find it for ages,had to park on double yellows and ask a postman where 2a was,as all I could see was a derelict old club and a building site,anyhow finally found the little grey box and got the key,had trouble opening the door so had to phone and I must say they were very helpful. Only thing letting this beautiful apartment down,street drinkers sitting outside between the apartment bins with smashed up bottles( not the owners thought though) The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and had no duvet cover or pillow cases for the bedding? The bed was very uncomfortable, really thin poor quality mattress and thin pillows,the place really needed a good dust too,blinds ,skirting boards etc

As I was attending a gig and would be walking back to my accommodation alone at night, I chose this property for its proximity to Dreamland. However the distance stated in the advert is untrue. This is a LIE. Checking on Google i see the property is really half a mile away from Dreamland in a rundown grotty part of town. If the owner had told the truth I would NOT have considered this apartment at all. I spent my first hour there ringing round trying to find an alternative room for the night, that did not involve a pitch black trek through bin bags, hoardings and builders rubble. Sadly there was nothing else available. Very annoyed and would DEFINITELY never consider staying there again.

A great home from home with the added bonus of secure parking. This place had everything we needed. Even though we ate out it's perfectly set up for self catering.

Some sofa cushions would have been nice
