"Exceptional"

Super cozy and comfortable with milk, bread, jam and treats prepared. 2TVs available, one in bedroom and one in the living room. Convenient place with about 15 mins drive to the centre. Highly recommended!

"Fabulous accommodation and brilliantly located."

Fabulous location with an easy walk to all the amenities of West Bridgford, and minutes by car to Nottingham centre. The property was spotless, very comfortable and extremely quiet. Well appointed inside with a parking space. Perfect.

"A cosy, private, warm and welcoming snug -perfect."

I loved everything about this property. It was immaculately clean, fresh and airy with beautiful decor. The small touches made this property so welcoming - robes, some essential items in the kitchen like milk, tea and coffee as well as some bagels, jams and my favourite soft drink - diet cokes!! Unfortunately our stay was short and sweet as we were briefly in the city for the Half Marathon but wish we could have stayed longer - beautiful snug and highly recommend.

There was absolutely nothing not to like.

"Beautiful little bolt hole."

Phil and Julia were extremely accommodating and great hosts. A beautiful little bolt hole with everything you'd need, nothing left to chance. Excellent location for anything in Nottingham or the surrounding area, would definitely recommend and return if in the area.

"Quiet location suited our needs"

Close to where we wanted to be as we were visiting our son who lives nearby. Very short drive to a supermarket. Very well equipped kitchen & we appreciated the Easter treats and decorations. Very comfortable bed with quality linen. Plenty of toiletries provided. Quiet location in lovely suburban street.
