The self contained property has been built to a very high standard and was equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. The location was quiet and very convenient for visiting Nottingham. A lovely place to stay which we would thoroughly recommend.

"Home from home"

Everything you need and more! Love the little things like blankets, comfy furniture, tea and coffee, items in the fridge. Very comfy bed, and having a tv in the bedroom is great for those of us who need a little noise to sleep. Attentive hosts, and a lovely quiet location.

Julia met me to check in for our relatives who weren't arriving until quite late but she assured me this wouldn't have been a problem anyway. There is a key safe option. She responded very quickly to a couple of messages I sent before check in day and was extremely helpful when I met her. We booked the snug as we required some extra accommodation for family visiting for our son's wedding. They were very comfortable and would definitely stay again.

An excellent stay in a very well appointed annexe. Extremely comfortable bed and everywhere very clean and tidy. Would book again when visiting Nottingham.
