"Not great this time last time we stayed it was great"

Location was great just around the corner from the bristol beacon where we were attending a show

Unfortunately it wasn't the cleanest and the door to the shower was in disrepair the top hinge was broken and fell towards my sister while she was trying to close the door to shower

The place was dirty, and some of the furniture and fittings were broken Cutlery was put back in the drawer unwashed

good location, close to the bus station and the conference I was attending.

Carrying luggage was very difficult if you have a current disability. There is no cleaning of the rooms during your stay.

Everything at hand all facilities in good working order. Clean and tidy

Heating came on early in the morning and went off a little too soon. Would have liked to have put radiators on when needed
