missing some basic essentials - a bar of soap/handwash and air freshener available upon arrival would have improved the experience

"Lovely apartment but......."

Lovely apartment, although hard to find and after 3 phone calls no-one rang back to help us find it.

Stairway was filthy and looked like entrance to a drug den. Did email regarding heated towel rail not working and never had a response. No spare bedding for sofa bed.
