Very good and cordial contact with the owner. Hospitality of the owner through local tea, mineral water and shortbreads at the disposal of guests :) We liked very much the location of the apartment.

A double bed rather than two put together but this is a minor issue

Firstly what you find as you open the door is how clean the apartment was. Everything you could need was catered for. Value for money you definitely get more bang for your buck! And the location is excellent for everything in our case the Convention Centre.

Sorry there wasnt anything I didnt like.

The Toffee Loft is a clean, very spacious top floor property with everything you may need during your stay including washing machine, dishwasher, plenty of hot shower with good water pressure, very effective electric heating, and zonal parking permit and a parking disc included amongst other stuff. Access to the property was clearly explained in advance by Olivia. Where it's located can't get any more central than this. Just fantastic. Any issues with the stay, which we had very little of, communication with Olivia was 1st class via booking.com messaging.

Not much at all! The loft being on the top floor, we banged our head into sloping ceiling and structural beams a few times but it was our fault not paying attention!
