The location was excellent. Right in the centre of York. The property was warm, cozy and comfortable

It was very noisy at night and early morning. However we stayed over New Year so it was understandable. Be aware the steps from the front door to the apartment are very steep

Location was great...just no parking

Needed a deep clean ... behind wardrobes etc. Places a little dusty

Windows need looking at as could hear noise from street below, not much sleep had

As many people commented on the roof leaks water and needs attention.

Very spacious and excellent location

There was water ingress from the high roof in the kitchen due to maintenance needed on the beams. The heating instructions whilst clear didn’t include the need to turn the timer on the wall in the kitchen. The blind in second bedroom need repair to allow them to close easily.

Fantastic location, close to everything. Very spacious rooms and had all the kitchen necessities. Decor was lovely.

Beds were quite hard, and the heater on the top floor wasn’t working.

Lovely spacious property with everything we needed for a two day break. Very comfortable and clean. Bed linen and towel great quality and the complimentary toiletries very nice too. Fantastic location.

People with mobility issues need to be aware of the number of stairs within the property.
