The apartment location is very central in bowness, no need to use the car.

The apartment was stunning. Central location with private parking. The apartment was beautifully clean with all the mod cons and was a real home from home. The easy to use thermostats in each room and under floor heating made it lovely and warm after coming in from the cold! I would highly recommend and look forward to staying there again soon.

The location was ace.

The car parking was quite tight. I drive an SUV and one car was parked in a wag that meant it was difficult to get to the parking space. Once in all was fine.

Great location

An attractive and beautifully appointed flat and care has been taken to supply extras which make the stay enjoyable and comfortable. The owners were in contact to check all well on our arrival and this was appreciated. Well located and handy for shops and restaurants/takeaways. Very clean, only fault being some dust on the bedroom mirror and the light fitting in the bedroom, but these are minor things. Bed large and comfortable and bedding decent quality. Towels a bit rough but clean and plentiful. We were allowed to leave our car for a last minute mooch around Bowness, which again was appreciated. Thank you! My husband and I both thought we would return to this dog friendly gem. As with all flats there are disadvantages, the main one being the neighbours, as our ability to sleep was affected by the noise they created.

Unfortunately, for 2 nights of our 3 night stay, our sleep was disturbed by inconsiderate neighbours. On Friday loud chat and laughter from several voices and some doors banging and furniture moving noise continued until about midnight. We fell asleep briefly around 11pm but a bang at 11.30pm awoke us and our dog, startled, barked. We could then hear mock barking sounds from the neighbours but we dozed off eventually around midnight. On the Saturday, it was much worse. Loud music could be heard in all rooms, even the bathroom, until very late. This quietened around 11.45pm ish but continued until about 12.45am, or later, at a lower level. Loud group chat, laughter, doors closing and banging continued until after 2.30am. We both slept in short bursts until the early hours and were repeatedly awoken. After several busy days exploring we return home tired and not refreshed at all. This was such a shame. We understand everyone likes to socialise but it was so disappointing to be kept awake by inconsiderate neighbours. Sadly it has adversely affected our stay and subsequent review. Perhaps earplugs could be included for guests and advice as to who to contact if this situation arises for guests.

Close to the town centre. Easy access to everything. Good amenities

Can be a little noisy with the bin Lorrie’s and staff at the local restaurants at the back
