Lovely clean property, everything you need. Would recommend to anyone.

Nothing to dislike

Very clean Lots of amenities Bed was very comfortable

Nothing major just that the heating was on overnight and it was very warm!

the smell. It smells like varnish everywhere. The Internet password was not readable

Not even body wash in the shower. Noisy downstairs neighbours. Parking questionable. No sponge to wash things up with.

There was plenty of room and two separate bedrooms. The facilities were nice, and the kitchen had pretty much everything you would want. For me, the bonus was a nice couch to sit on that someone could sleep on if they needed to.

Parking was okay, but it's a shame there isn't a designated space for that apartment. We ended up parking on the grass in the end. When we woke up, we weren't alone. There were many vehicles, and the parking could be sorted out better than it is now. As it's a community, I don't think it would be easy for the homeowner to sort out. It's just one of those things.

Steve, the owner contacted me just before we were due to go, to check on sleeping arrangements for our 2 year old grandson, who was included in our party, so that the accommodation was set up to suit us. He was very friendly and informative. On arrival, the accommodation was clean and comfortable, there was tea bags, coffee, biscuits, a few staples like salt and pepper, washing up liquid, hand-wash. It suited us perfectly for an overnight stay on our way to Cornwall. We would stay here again if in the area. We ate at The Queens Head pub, just a few yards down the road, I would recommend trying it, the food was plentiful,well presented and very tasty.

Location was great, convenient for travel to wherever we wanted to visit. Parking was good and property was quiet and peaceful.

Some advertised features were missing (games, dvd's etc). A better selection of cooking utensils (pans etc) would be good.

The property was conveniently located for our needs and was generally well equipped. All facilities were clean and in good order, although the property was clearly undergoing a general redecoration, that dud not impact unduly on our stay. The one night stay did represent good value for money.

Do not recall the property description advising it was a first floor flat. While my mother is a reasonably mobile 86 year old, other prospective visitors may not be. The WiFi password writing proved difficult to decifer due to the way it had been written. After multiple attempts we gave up. Not a deal breaker but if it were typed up like other notices around the property it would be helpful.
