Great quiet space to come back to after exploring around the Cornwall coast

Piece and queit of the area

nothing it was just lovely and so was the lady that greeted us even left a drizzle cake for us one evening on our return to the room, thought it was a lovely touch.

Easy access to town centre. Warm and clean accommodation and a very friendly and welcoming host. Would definitely stay again.

The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was pleasant. The host had very kindly left some essentials like milk and cheese and crackers for us. There was a dedicated parking space.

The property was not easy to find as it is at the back of some other buildings and containers, a couple more signs once off the A30 would be helpful, especially as it is very dark at night. It was also rather further from the town centre as expected, and traffic on the A30 could be heard until late at night.

Everything you needed at hand. Lovely basics available. Gerry was very accommodating. Lovely lady. Nice welcome package. We would definitely stay again. Nice sitting area outside on a deck. Comfortable double bed and a children's pull out bed which was a bit wobbly but serviceable. Great having table and chairs and a comfortable sitting area with tv. Wi fi was available and good reception.

Wardrobe not suitable for longer items of clothing but hung on door instead.
