Glorious Duplex Holiday Apartment By The Sea

We stayed over for 1 night for work. The place had decor & dress in the greys/whites/ crystal style , repeated everywhere for 7 years now. Comfortable enough but not homely. Parking till 8am was easy at our out of season visit. Met in person & checked out in person was important to us ,as I hate remote access. Very engaging gent lifted our day & was a true asset to the short stay.

The decor , like many grey rentals looks great new but easily ages. It's has the bling of B&M bargains, not JL. More colour please( for us senior folk) The simple low cost continental breakfast felt like an after thought that is not needed. I'd suggest the owners options it at extra cost , then goes to a better suppliers & puts in a basket . A grey basket.

Large appointment, that was immaculate and the location on the seafront is excellent and within an easy walk to town and the amenities along the sea front

We stayed one night only, but it was perfect. Apartment was very clean, very comfortable, both living and bedrooms. Very good location and a very helpful host, Peter, who gave us good informations on local amenities where to eat etc. I would definitely recommend!

The apartment is in an historical building with high ceilings & lots of windows in the lounge making it bright and airy, it's just lovely. A modern kitchen with everything you could need, even had milk, butter, orange juice in the fridge and tea & coffee. The balcony is perfect for catching the last of the day time sunshine with no-one overlooking - very peaceful. This is a place to come back to.

parking is a challenge as there is limited space close by.

Spacious and bright living area, great bedrooms and bathrooms. Could not fault it. Will definitely book again.
