The Roseburn Apartment

Handy location for team station, free car parking in street.

In an old tenement type building,very dingy entrance and stairs, main block outside door was very dilapidated and could easily have been forced. Quite a few fittings in the flat were broken, curtain rail, cutlery drawer, no lock on bathroom door, no inner handle on lounge door, broken chain lock on entrance door. We were only able to get BBC iPlayer on tv. Also towels off white and stains on duvet. People in other flats easy to hear through walls. I am not a complainer, I have never been dissatisfied with anywhere I've ever stopped before, but this was a big disappointment.

Clean, comfy and modern

The hosts have a preference for their guests, and ask for no gatherings after a time, no smoking etc etc. I was able to book the room prior to knowing this, and received a message asking me to cancel if I was not their suited guest after confirming booking. This would have meant losing money if I had to cancel, so be aware of this and maybe contact them first if you are unsure.

Breakfast was not included…however kitchen facilities are good enough wherein you can prepare your breakfast well.

Building entrance could had been much better…it is very old building and staircase also needs immediate repair.
