Great cozy, clean appartment, beds very comfortable. Great location with the Murrayfield tram stop only 2-3 minutes walk from the appartment. Tram stop right outside Haymarket station too. It was ideal for 4 of us for a two night stay

Great apartment, in an excellent location for access to the city.

The apartment is located about 3 kilometres from the centre of Edinburgh. A tram stop is about 5 minutes walk away. There is free on-street parking in front of the building, although parks can sometimes be hard to find particularly if there is a match on at the nearby rugby stadium. There is a Tesco express within 5 minutes walk and a larger Sainsburys within 5 minutes drive. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped.

We missed not having a coffee table in the living area. Also, the second bedroom does not have an external window.

Location perfect right by tram Station perfect. Apartment had everything you need! Nice decor. Sofa bed good quality!

Living space smallish but it is Edinburgh. Shower not large and a squeeze for my 6 foot plus boys. But good pressure. Being an old building floors were uneven but nothing was a major.

Clean and nicely decorated. Good clear instructions for keys etc and general information. Found the uneven floors quite quirky but is common in older properties.

Lovely to have tea, coffee and complimentary sugar but had to go out and buy the complimentary ?milk and couldn’t find the complimentary shortbread!! No lock on bathroom door which according to previous reviews has been an issue for some time, surely a fairly basic essential requirement?
