The apartment was nice except we had a huge leak in the bathroom ceiling in our first night so was unable to use the apartment.

The location is in an extremely rough area.

"Very nice apartment, quiet and great location."

The property was very clean and nicely laid out. The bedroom was separate from the living room and kitchen. Could not have wished for a better. The location was good for getting to the winter gardens where we were competing in a dance competition it was a10 minute walk away. A parking place in front of the building was provided. There was a welcome pack and booklet with important telephone numbers etc in case we required the hosts help.

There could have been a few more utensils in the kitchen being GF i require a separate pan to cook or bowls for the microwave.

it was nice cosy. everything you needed was there even Netflix

carpet looked dirty floor didn’t look clean found blonde hair on the bed besides that everything was perfect

"never again in this one"

main radiator didn’t work and the owners control the heating and turns it on in the evening. wife slept in her coat. on arrival checked in and found bins not emptied and full of nappies. stains on bed so don’t think they Even changed them after the last customer.

The location is perfect, completely central and easily walk to the front. The bed is extremely comfy and the apartment was beautiful exactly like the images. Dava was extremely friendly and communicated throughout the stay to ensure we were ok and had settled in. The sofa bed is also extremely comfy to sleep on and the shower is spot on.

Next to a social club but to be honest we went mid week and didn't hear a peep. Only noise you get is from the two front doors but that's expected. Didn't detract from the apartment at all.

apartment is absolutely immaculate, so modern and clean especially for Blackpool. very close to the prom about 5 minute walk directly down to coral island. huge tv in living area and all kitchen facilities that you’d need. dava is lovely couldn’t fault it
