Entire Two Double Bedrooms Flat N4

Nothing, I’ve never experienced a place like it, it was filthy hair, blood and wee stains on every mattress, 7 beds crammed in a “2 bed flat” the first night we had a drug dealer bang on our door with about £1000 cash trying to show us a photo of a man saying he’s hear for a drug dealer and got the wrong flat, we also got woken up at 6am in the morning by a enforcement agent looking for the man who rented it, he has not declared to the council he’s renting the flats out and he’s also not paying, the heater in our room was snapped of stuck on full heat with the wires hanging out the bathroom door didn’t lock, the man who rented it took the lock of the front door so anyone of the street could walk in, he stated there was free car parking and also internet which was a lie we had to pay £200 for car parking for £18 days we also have a huge phone bill due to having to use our internet as for the whole 2 weeks there we no internet as he didn’t pay it, also all the drains was blocked bringing up dirty water the whole building smelt of weed we felt so unsafe here and couldn’t wait to leave

Everything! The man who rented it was so rude shouting abuse down the phone the day after I lost my nan

Very noisy location, wasn’t very clean lots of cob webs and peeling paint and questionable neighbours

To near the main road, so much noise from the cars.G

Clothes and luggage covered in paint climbing up stairs. Just painted and no signs. Opened door to find 4 men living there and cooking

Close to town centre and shops. Good instructions how to get in, clean enough.Great price for this time of year.

Sound isolation poor,can hear everything outside at nights. Kitchen windows leaking badly when raining, had even puddles on the kitchen table. No free parking nearby, 200m away isnt sufficient so had to pay parking charges at George st. car park. Single bed isnt usable,fell through while sat on 1 side.

Well decorated flat, hosts resonded very quickly to answer any questions

There was a broken bed around the wall of the main bedroom , the stairs were grubby and unkempt , the area was quite rough , drunk people ( to the degree police turned up at 2.30 am ) by a very busy road very noisy
