Beautifully appointed, period seaside apartment

Ideal location. Sea front parking very close by. Great comms with the host.

We would happily stay again which is always the best recommendation. Great and quiet location. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen.

Not a problem for us but parking may be an issue for some. No on site parking. Beach road usually had spaces but maximum stay between 8am to 6pm is 5 hours. Car park at the far end of the parade had lots of spaces. As we used buses for a couple of days I found free parking away from the controlled zones by the Grand hotel, then walked back along the seafront.

Location fabulous, shame that renovations were taking place as spoilt the external view. Well presented. Shower needed attention. Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you Phil

Friendly host, easy to organise, spacious apartment, very comfortable bed, functional enterior, brilliant location by the beach, internet worked well.

Guests should be aware that this is a lower ground floor apartment. While the rooms are being kept tidy, the overall building is old and you can see that in a few places (e.g. ceiling/walls, water utilities).

Very lovely apartment, well furnished, clean and very comfortable. Great location.

We were told there was scaffolding around the building but did not realise there was sheeting all over it - it made the apartment quite dark.
