Convenient location. Comfortable.

Just small things but annoying. No plug for bath or kitchen sink so difficult to wash up. Couldn’t access any channels on the TV.

Stairs

Host sent details the day before as promiced with good clear advice and instructions, even checked in during stay to check we were ok and if we needed anything. The place was very clean and layed out perfect, exactly what you need for a perfect stay in Inverness. The location is also perfect. Alot of ammenities close by.

Very uncomfortable bed

The landlord is very enthusiastic and the location is very good, so it is very convenient to go to various scenic spots.

It is recommended to add disposable toiletries.

- Easy to find and gain access - Location near the cathedral was great - across from Tesco, near several restaurants and close for tour (though, in hindsight, I would have stayed at my post tour facility) - Kitchen access is basic but worked well for my needs - Spacious unit with good heating and there are extra blankets as well

- As others have stated, the mattresses are the really old coil spring type so they aren't supportive and you hear the springs when you move in bed ( I am a size small so not weight related). It's just not very comfy -The generator for the business next door is noisy - Only a Firestick TV so this wasn't useful for me - The way to the unit, past the dumpsters isn't great but I was expecting it thanks to other reviewers.

Awkward Entranceway

Location was great. Olga was very accommodating. The apartment was very keen

Mattresses were not very comfortable I liked the security gate at the entrance but then discovered anyone could access the address from around the back.

Location of property excellent if attending an event at Eden Court. Flat very clean and spacious. Email from the owner on how to access the flat was very helpful and made the flat easy to find and gaining access easy.

Alot of stairs to get access to the flat and not the nicest of entries. Flat is very basic, only small glasses for juice, would be nice to have some taller glasses and wine glasses as an option. Mattresses were not comfortable and unfortunately 2 of us woke us with sore backs, i would have put a higher score had the beds been comfortable. The single beds don't feel very sturdy and are low to the floor. Also only one pillow, it would be better if guests had the option of 2. Shower does not have much pressure, so opted not to wash hair as i have long thick hair.
