Loved the indoor hot tub which accommodates rainy weather and the beautiful settings.

Bed was not the most comfortable but ok.

Lovely little place to stay in the centre of Clanfield. Great location to shops and bus stop a few minutes away. Hot tub is lovely, and the little hut the hot tub is in is tidy. Kitchenette clean and tidy, there is a convection oven and hob available which we used once and it worked very well just took a bit longer than if you were using a standard oven. Plenty of storage space. Standard crockery, some utensils and cooking equipment provided. Private from the owners, private entrance to the back of their property. Blankets and extra towels provided. Owners welcomed us and were lovely, showed how to use the hot tub, and didn’t pester us at all.

There were a fair few cobwebs in the rooms. Bed was comfortable but bear in mind it is only a small double. The mattress is comfortable but thin. TV a tad outdated. A bit cold at times even with the heat on full blast.

a big smell of damp in the house, a clogged shower tray, a moving, cracked floor in the bathroom, it would be good to renovate the bathroom floor and breathe a shower tray
