The whole property was lovely, all the rooms had lovely features and lovely views.

The feel about the place

Sarah was really helpful and pleasant even in the pouring rain. The house is stunning and in a brilliant location for exploring. The children loved playing in the garden and the town and beach are both really close. Definitely recommend the local deli and wine shops we had a fab time

Walking distance to Mumbles and Langland beach. Accommodation immaculately clean, comfortable and well equipped. Garden for children to play in. Close to local park and amenities

The apartment was exceptional, beautifully decorated, very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was spacious and the shower excellent. The beds were really comfortable. The hosts, Tom and Sarah, were very welcoming. The surrounding area is great with lovely beaches and lots to see. Plenty of good places to eat; we had a good no-nonsense lunch in the Mumbles Pier Cafe and a lovely evening meal in the Langland Brasserie. WE could have easily stayed for the rest of the week if plans had allowed.

Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Beautifully finished rooms. A quiet place close to all that Mumbles offers. We went to Mor restaurant which was superb.

The only issue was that there is only one toilet and that is in the bathroom.

Beautiful, well-appointed property ideally located in the pretty seaside town of The Mumbles (with a range of lovely independent shops within 5 minutes walking distance). Simple and easy access to the coast (notably Langlands Bay only 1 mile away) for early morning runs and swimming. Fabulous Gower beaches within 30 minutes drive (Three Cliffs, Oxwich and Rhossili).

Premier location, secluded, private and quiet, but in walking distance to the heart of Mumbles and facilities. We were stuck in traffic on the way and 2 hours late. The host waited for us to arrive to hand the keys over. Brilliant service and so kind. Made our welcome personal and it was appreciated.
