Good location close to town, very well appointed apartment with a good amount of everyday items (such as tea, coffee, washing up liquid, tin foil etc) that made this really stand out from others we've stayed in. Lovely hosts and lots of information about the area to look through. Excellent price for the accommodation on offer, much better value than others.

Nothing negative to say about this place.

Quiet. Good location. Spotlessly clean. Generous food and drink supplied.

Couldn't find a bread board or chopping board. No electric shaver point in bathroom.

The hosts, Steve & Karen, were there on our arrival to hand over the keys. They couldn't have been more helpful, with lots of tips about about local places to visit, and restaurants etc. The apartment was excellent, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. One of the nicest and best positioned we have stayed in on our trips around the UK. The Cottage Inn restaurant, Craster is a must go to, but book in advance. One to avoid is the Plough in Ainwick. New owners not up to scratch and menu bland. Overall, thoroughly enjoyable 5 days in Northumberland at Steve & Karen's

The 34 steps up to the apartment, but then at 76 I do have dodgy knees.

Everything except the pilliws

Pillows - I need feathers - so sleeping was difficult. My fault I should have taken my own pillow

Spotlessly clean, everything you need and great location with parking.

Hosts were excellent, their advice spot on. Location was superb with easy access to Alnwick. Flat was well furnished very clean and fully equipped for our needs.

Only minor things. I would echo the warning on your site re the stairs. Not a problem for us but maybe for others.

Very warm welcome and lots of additional touches. The apartment is clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location for Alnwick and the surrounding areas.
