Silverwood Apartment, Whitby

The apartment has very good facilities, and was clean, comfortable and quiet. It is within short, easy walking distance of the town centre.

If one is concerned about car access for unloading/loading luggage and, more particularly, parking, the location is, shall we say, somewhat unsatisfactory. Had to phone the host for the lock-box code

The location is great, the information pre stay was really clear and helpful, and the apartment is spacious with a spare bedroom which is what we needed. Parking was also good, just be mindful that if there are cones on the road it is a temporary closure and you can get a ticket for parking there. Really good to be able to park in the sports centre.

I didn't think it was super clean which I found disappointing as it had such good reviews. There was a vacuum in the room so I went round with it once and it felt a lot better. We had a travel cot provided for our 5 month old but there was no mattress included.

The colour scheme was outstanding! The bed was so comfortable. Decent size TV. The location was a 5 minute walk to town. Whitby is so so friendly, we had a great time. Hosts were so attentive when we asked a question. The attention to detail was very good. We had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend this place and we will be back. Thank you very much.

It is a very beautiful and comfortable apartment fantastic location nothing too much trouble plenty of information of where to go where to eat parking etc would definitely visit again

Great position for getting into central Whitby. The apartment was very nicely decorated and with good furniture and fittings.

I didn’t like having to park the car at the sports centre but it did work out ok.
