The apartment was nice clean modern and very spacious

The sofa was very uncomfortable lumps and bumps sprigs popping when trying to sit down. There was only 1 toilet roll for 5 girls so had to go to get some more as no reply from owner when I txted

Location was great - very central. I did wonder if the noise would be an issue with it front facing on to the High Street but this was not the case.

Everything about the stay was great but the couches in the living area were not the most comfortable - but to be fair we did not sit there long.

Bang in the center or Perth, with good selection of shops and eateries in short walking distance. Clean and spacious apartment, with clean bathrooms and comfortable (for those with a bed to sleep in). Convenient hallway, to hang outdoor clothing and boots could be left out on the landing.

Advertised for 6 people, the sleeping arrangement was really only suitable for 2 couples: the sofas were so worn out and terribly uncomfortable for the 2 persons sleeping on them, we had to make a roster to share the pain! The single loo was in the bathroom: with 6 people, there were 'busy' moments. There are just 6 knives, 6 forks and 6 spoons, 6 glasses and very little in the way of utensils: not really equipped for preparing/serving meals, although the kitchen was nice and spacious. Getting hot water from the instant heaters was quite an experience especially in the kitchen outside 'heating hours'.

Very central and apartment was well appointed.

Sofa beds were uncomfortable and could be replaced

Central location - easy to find. Lovely and clean / modern apartment . Everything described was exactly as we found . We will return - but we’ll get the train next time - see what happened to our car 😢

Nothing - it was all great. Sadly though as we had parked our car on the high st - when we returned to it in morning someone had scratched it all with a key all the way from front to back. Reported to police as criminal damage and follow up via nearby CCTV

The property was lovely and had everything we needed, nice and big as well.

The double bed in the room in the street unfortunately was very uncomfortable.
